公元前，中国西方的秦国。立志成为「天下大将军」的前奴仆信，与希望以前无古人的「中华统一」终结乱世的秦王嬴政志同道合，作为秦军「飞信队」队长驰骋沙场。从相国吕不韦手中夺回实权的嬴政，也在昌平君、李斯等人协助下，着手建立全新的「法治国家」。 秦军计划以新据点「黑羊丘」为起点攻略赵国西部，却被赵国天才军师李牧的策略所阻。昌平君提出进攻赵国王都邯郸附近城市邺的奇策。王翦、桓骑、杨端和率领的三军组成联军，信的「飞信队」、蒙恬的「乐华队」、王贲的「玉凤队」也作为独立游军加入。围绕邺的激烈战斗即将拉开帷幕！
